General Rules and TOS

I am open to pretty much all characters and willing to try ones I have yet to.
Due to my current circumstances and schedule I am keeping things more controlled and restricted in terms of slots and options.Please respect what I offer for the time being, should you want something else or more than what’s listed, just ask, I may or may not be inclined to do it.
Provide neat references, I may ask for more if necessary.
Please write as clear and specific ias possible. I'm happy to help troubleshoot ideas as well!Concerning nsfw commissions: I will refuse to do certain prompts if I am uncomfortable and/or falls under incest/underage/noncon.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
I will not publish any commission without your consent.
I may however use your piece for showcase/portfolio examples please let me know if you'd like me not to

Payment preferably upfront but Partial payments are possible, just ask.
The currency accepted is USD and by PP invoice.

Progress updates and screenshots will be given if the commissioner requests such and also periodically during the commission.
While your commission is important to me to finish in a timely matter, should anything infer on the progress, you will be notified.I will provide opportunities for changes and adjustments to be made,
however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes..
And any great changes will come with an extra charge, given the commission is completed.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.You will be provided with a full res .png and .jpeg and can provide other file formats if requested.

If you ask for a refund you will be required to pay for the work I have already done, and will be returned the portion of money that did not go into the work itself as well as given the image up to the point that it was stopped. You will compensate for the time, effort, and energy put into your commission up until the point you decided you did not want it anymore and desired a refund. I say this because you will be leaving with the image done up to the point you decided you no longer desired it, and it is not free work.None of the work I create, commission or otherwise will be allowed to be published or sold as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token), or used for AI art purposes, whether in my name or not.
